B&H Photo Video in New York City is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Data Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across the website, focusing on customer behavior, site performance, and business impact.

You will partner with Web, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to uncover insights, define KPIs, and shape analytics that power growth across the full customer journey. On-site role at the NYC office, with opportunities to influence strategy and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of ecommerce, digital, or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills across large datasets.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools.
• GA4 event-based tracking and funnel analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics: conversion rate, AOV, LTV.
• Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze site performance, customer behavior, and conversion funnels.
• Lead measurement strategy and standardize KPIs across teams.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Web teams to measure performance.
• Support A/B testing and optimization across channels.
• Improve data pipelines and ensure data quality and accessibility.
