Job summary

Route, the leading post-purchase platform for ecommerce, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to partner with our Product team. You will shape product strategy by merging product data, customer behavior, and business context to drive decisions across engineering, data, and finance.

You’ll own analyses from problem definition to recommendations, build scalable data models with SQL/dbt, and develop dashboards that reveal product performance and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics, business or data analytics supporting product or growth.
• Strong product and business judgment with ability to explain what happened and what to do next.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunities and use data to influence strategy and roadmaps.
• Translate ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze customer and merchant behavior, funnels, adoption, retention, and monetization to identify growth opportunities.
