Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Analyst, E‑Commerce Insights and Business Planning to drive e‑commerce performance across 19 states and 2000+ stores. You will help set strategy for e‑commerce fulfillment and own analytics and reporting across our five brands.

This role blends data engineering, cross‑functional collaboration, and strategic planning, with a hybrid schedule including 3 days in-person at Chicago, IL and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis, data science, or supply chain analytics.
• Bachelor's or higher in Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, OR/Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
• Strong data integration, transformation, modeling, and visualization skills.
• Hands-on experience with optimization tools and programming for analytics.
• Ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and translate findings.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project skills.
• Retail/e‑commerce and geo-spatial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive e‑commerce analytics and reporting for multiple brands.
• Partner with data teams and cross-functional partners to provide insights.
• Develop models, dashboards, and data products to inform strategy.
• Calibrate fulfillment networks and optimize capacity and costs.
• Own at least one solution end‑to‑end from design to deployment.
• Maintain data quality, pipelines, and end‑user testing.
• Lead budgeting, retrospectives, and process improvement initiatives.
