Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an experienced eCom/OMNI Operations leader in Frisco, TX to guide nationwide fulfillment initiatives and cross‑functional collaborations. You will evaluate, prioritize and implement strategic eCom/OMNI programs across accounts, driving data‑driven decisions and operational excellence.

You will own master data processes, pricing updates, and reporting, partnering with Legal and internal teams to scale Omnichannel capabilities and retailer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of Keurig Dr Pepper CPG or related consumer goods experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint with data analytics ability.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting practices.
• Proven history of insights that improved business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead eCom/OMNI Operations initiatives across NRS accounts.
• Set up end-to-end fulfillment processes and reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Manage master data and SAP setups for OMNI retailers and RTM partners.
• Collaborate with Legal to negotiate eCom/OMNI agreements.
• Develop commercial tools, playbooks, and scorecards for stakeholders.
