Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Network Optimization Senior Manager based in Frisco, TX. You will support the Director to design and execute long-range network optimization strategies, building a twin of DSD and supply chain operations in GAINS to test scenarios and gaps.

The role requires expertise in demand planning, logistics, warehousing/ RDC strategy, and DSD. Strong analytics, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional leadership are essential for success, with GAINS/LLamasoft and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 8 years’ work experience in CPG.
Experience in a complex warehouse and delivery RTM.
Proven success leading high-impact cross-functional projects.
Strong analytical skills with Excel and Power BI.
Willingness to travel up to 25% if remote.

Responsibilities

Translate operational concepts into modeling requirements for GAINS/LLamasoft.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure mutual success.
Manage stakeholder engagement across DSD operations, SC logistics, and demand planning leadership.
Drive value through fact-based decision making.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders to enable implementation.
