Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data, to own how data moves through our commerce ecosystem across Keurig.com and connected commerce. You will set the direction for the data foundation powering personalization, merchandising, and decision-making, working with engineering, data science, marketing, and leadership.

You will influence senior stakeholders, shape architecture and investment tradeoffs, and translate multi-year data and personalization visions into a roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on data products, personalization, platform, or growth.
• Track record of owning strategy for a data or personalization domain, not just executing on a defined roadmap.
• Direct experience with ecommerce or DTC subscription businesses.
• Strong understanding of how data infrastructure works (CDPs, data pipelines, event tracking, experimentation platforms) and the ability to lead tradeoff decisions about it alongside engineering.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into a measurable product hypotheses and a clear, defensible data strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

• Data Strategy and Ownership: Define the data model for commerce and customer behavior; Own data flow from collection to activation; Set data storage and access strategy; Decide how to generate new data.
• Turning Data Into Product Value: Set strategy for how data powers personalization, recommendations, and merchandising; Own signals translating into retention and churn-prevention experiences; Define how insights feed back into product roadmap.
