Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in supply‑chain planning with leadership responsibility in CPG or high‑volume manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in end‑to‑end inventory optimization and S&OP processes.
• Hands‑on ERP experience with SAP; knowledge of o9 MEIO Core is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team and enterprise strategies.
• Drive cross‑functional inventory optimization to reduce working capital and improve service.
• Translate MEIO outputs into actionable targets and present to senior leadership.
• Set DOH targets in ERP and o9 planning tools and balance service with cost.
