Job summary

Patterson Pope Inc is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead delivery of complex ECM solutions for clients across industries. The role focuses on OnBase, SalesForce, and related integrations, with responsibilities spanning design, configuration, and client training.

You will work with enterprise customers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, manage project work streams, and mentor engineers while ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum eight years of experience developing, configuring, or administering Enterprise Content Management software (OnBase preferred).
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting SalesForce and FinancialForce.

Responsibilities

Lead technical components of customer projects and own design, development, and implementation.
Install, configure, and customize OnBase modules and related integration tools.
Provide platform administration, training, and client support throughout projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues as needed to meet client goals.
Deliver client demonstrations and prototypes; create design and documentation artifacts.
