Job summary

Patterson Pope, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead OnBase-based implementations for customers, configuring workflows, integrations, and capture solutions. You will drive discovery, design specifications, and training, delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions on schedule.

You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with scanning bureau operations to optimize capture workflows and batch processing across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing OnBase projects.
• Experience managing relational databases.
• Experience implementing and supporting capture software solutions (e.g., scanning, OCR/ICR, and indexing platforms) in a high-volume scanning or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Customer Resources regarding solution and software options based on customer feedback.
• Lead discovery sessions to develop functional requirements during discovery and engineering phases.
• Implement the software and configure the solution incorporating information from discovery.
