Job summary

Patterson Pope Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead delivery of complex ECM/CRM solutions for clients across industries.

You will own design, configuration, deployment, and training, with emphasis on OnBase and Salesforce integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong communication, problem solving and mentoring of engineers, plus the ability to translate requirements into scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience (10 preferred) developing, configuring, or administering Enterprise Content Management software, preferably OnBase.
• Experience overseeing design, development and implementation of software systems and related products; knowledge of security concepts.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to end users and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Salesforce and FinancialForce.

Responsibilities

• Build enduring relationships with customers.
• Work as part of a cross-functional project team delivering technology-based solutions; support during sales and implementation phases.
• Own the technical components of proposed customer projects.
• Research requirements and design cost-effective technical solutions.
• Develop ECM solutions centered on OnBase configuration and customization.
• Consult with customers on options and guidance toward optimal solutions.
• Create system design documents and administrative/user documentation as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementations and escalate as necessary.
• Lead engineering teams on project delivery from design to implementation when needed.
• Perform system upgrades including planning, scheduling, and deployment.
• Provide timely response to help desk issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay current with OnBase features and integration techniques.
