Job summary

Epicor seeks a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and related systems. You will guide architecture and ensure alignment with best practices, security, and performance.

You will lead end-to-end designs, mentor developers, and stay current with Salesforce features while delivering high-quality implementations that drive value across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and platform development within enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or equivalent solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, release management, and platform lifecycle management.
• Proven expertise in business analysis, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs across Salesforce ecosystems.
• Lead architecture and end-to-end solution design for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and adjacent business systems.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
• Evaluate current-state vs. future-state architectures, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned to industry best practices.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and aligned with Salesforce platform governance and lifecycle standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and cross-functional team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ and Billing issues while staying current with new Salesforce features and enhancements.
