Job summary

Baptist Health in the Orlando area is seeking an experienced sonography professional to perform diagnostic cardiology and vascular ultrasound exams under supervision. You will demonstrate high-quality imaging, document findings, and collaborate with cardiologists to guide patient care.

The candidate should have ARDMS/CCI credentials, a capable skill set in 2-D/M-Mode echocardiography, and at least one year of experience, with BLS certification and a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy across

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of sonography per ARDMS/CCI guidelines.
Minimum of one year of experience.
Able to perform routine echocardiology exams (2-D, M-Mode) and vascular studies (Color Flow, Doppler, carotid, venous and arterial duplex).
Must maintain required certifications within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates competency in noninvasive and/or invasive cardiology and/or vascular ultrasound diagnostics.
Works with cardiologist to perform exams and may function independently when appropriate.
Maintains safety, quality control, and documentation for procedures.
Assists in supervision of student sonographers and training of staff.
