Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX business, seeks a Manager, Subcontractor Integration in the Earned Value Management and Reporting group. The role is an SME in EVMS, overseeing project data and subcontractor coordination on the F135 and Military engines programs, with limited supervision and a focus on data integrity and process consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years experience or Advanced Degree with 5+ years experience, with strong analytical and trending activities.
• U.S. Citizen required for access to program tools and information.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate, analyze, and integrate Subcontractor EVMS data for monthly reporting and reviews.
• Manage EVMS-related processes and workstreams with operational impact, ensuring data integrity and contract/compliance alignment.
• Serve as subject matter expert in EVMS guidelines and project management practices to influence cross-functional partners.
• Promote data integrity by monitoring EV tools (WebEVM, Empower) and driving timely corrective actions.
• Prepare for and participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) with Subcontractors and Pratt & Whitney by reviewing data calls and guiding analysis.
• Support ongoing compliance reviews and audits (DCAA, DCMA, JSR) including data requests and findings.
• Apply CORE methodologies to drive improvements in processes, workflows, and standards.
