Acentra Health is seeking a Senior EAP Consultant (Remote U.S.) to join our growing team. You will provide expert management consultation and clinical guidance to clients while coordinating with EAP professionals and delivering virtual training sessions.

Ideal candidates hold an active clinical license and have 5+ years in EAP or behavioral health, with strong HIPAA knowledge. The role offers remote work within the United States and collaboration with clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in the U.S.
• 5+ years in EAP, substance use, and/or behavioral health.
• 2+ years performing clinical assessments and evaluating workplace risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to management and HR across clients.
• Assess workplace issues and develop action plans with compliant guidelines.
• Perform clinical risk assessments and manage referrals and follow-up.
• Conduct case reviews with Onsite Clinicians and EAP Affiliates.
• Collaborate with leadership to review high-risk cases.
