Acentra Health, LLC is seeking a Remote EAP Consultant, Mid to join our growing tele-mental health team. The role provides a comprehensive range of EAP services to employees, managers, and eligible family members, and requires licensure in Texas.

The position involves direct counseling, outreach, referrals, and collaboration with clients and stakeholders, with emphasis on confidentiality and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• An active, unrestricted, Texas Licensed Counselor in the behavioral health care field.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• 1+ years of case management review experience.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide exceptional and proactive services as a licensed clinician.
• Provide direct counseling and outreach services that create awareness of EAP services.
• Refer to treatment services and community resources as appropriate.
• Maintain and manage a caseload of direct service counseling clients.
• Communicate scope of EAP services to clients, managers, and staff.
• Consult with supervisors concerning clinical case staffing and high-risk cases.
• Maintain records following company policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork with managers and staff.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for product enhancement and optimization.
