Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Senior EAP Consultant (Remote U.S.) to deliver expert management and clinical consultation for employee assistance programs. You will conduct member assessments, provide clinical supervision to EAP staff, and lead training sessions in a virtual setting to ensure high‑quality care across our client base.

Collaborate with Clinical Leadership on high‑risk cases, ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance, and coordinate referrals and follow‑up while maintaining professional,

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted independent clinical license (examples: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to management and HR within our customer base.
• Perform clinical risk assessments and coordinate care for members.
• Conduct case reviews with Onsite Clinicians and EAP Affiliates to ensure quality of care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership to review high‑risk cases and ensure adherence to HIPAA and Privacy rules.
