Department of Sanitation (DSNY) seeks an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Specialist to join the DAT Unit as a Senior Associate within the Medical Division in New York City. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field plus two years of counseling experience.
• High school diploma plus three years of counseling experience.
• Education/experience equivalent with required counseling experience.

• Conduct intake interviews and discuss substance use concerns.
• Provide counseling and referral services for behavioral and workplace performance issues.
• Coordinate referrals to EAP, SAPs, and community resources.
• Monitor compliance with return-to-duty and follow-up testing.

Ausbildung

High school diploma + 3 years' counseling experience
