Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of combined clinical or administrative EAP experience, with at least 4 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• CEAP or CEAP eligible; SAP credentials required within 120 days.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of Work Life Services.
• Ensure DOT and NYCT policy compliance by EAP staff.
• Certify EAP recommendations for RTW, treatment completion, or discharge.
• chair clinical case conferences with treatment agencies.
• Provide mental health consultation and supervise clinical staff.
• Act as liaison to NYS domestic violence office and report data.
• Coordinate Crisis Emergency Team clinical activities.
• Provide EAP oversight for MTA Bus Company and Chaplain's Office.
• Oversee employee wellness services and program delivery.
