Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a client to fill a Senior EAM Systems Owner/Administrator role in Houston, TX. You will own the EAM platform configuration, governance, data integrity, and drive cross-functional adoption across IT and operations.

The role balances hands-on system work with leadership, focusing on data governance, master data standards, and continuous platform improvements while enabling reliable maintenance planning and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with an EAM or CMMS platform.
• Owner/administrator or lead analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management workflows.
• Experience with data governance and process standardization.
• Ability to partner across IT and business teams effectively.
• Experience leading system configuration or platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the EAM platform configuration, governance, and data integrity.
• Define standards for assets, work orders, PMs, and failure codes.
• Lead data cleanup, validation, and ongoing master data governance.
• Partner with IT and operations on system design and rollout.
• Support integrations, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Drive adoption through training, support, and change management.
• Build reports, dashboards, and insights for business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, change control, and access governance.
