Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a CMMS Engineer to lead the deployment and operation of EAM within the data center region. You will own end-to-end processes, drive asset collection, scheduling, reporting, and training for local data center teams.

The role requires coordinating with global EAM processes, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to system enhancements for regional and global needs. Up to 20% travel is expected to support new location launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 3+ years facilities management experience.
• 5+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years data-driven business operations processes experience.
• Experience in business intelligence and analytics.
• 2+ years SQL Server query and reporting using ETL, data warehouse, SSAS/SSRS tools.
• Working knowledge in EAM equipment hierarchy, object coding and naming convention.

Responsibilities

• Own the process from start to finish with deploying the EAM platform in your data center region.
• Support local data center teams with asset collection; maintenance schedules, reporting, and training.
• Help develop systems enhancement modules of core and advanced EAM modules to meet regional/global requirements.
• Act as the gatekeeper for mission-critical data in EAM and ensure accuracy of reports.
