Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Data Center Operations professional in the United States to lead enterprise maintenance and EAM programs. You will stand up CMMS, define PM strategies, and drive standardization across a multi-site fleet while partnering with vendors and colo providers to ensure scope and accountability.

This role requires turning maintenance data into decisions that improve reliability and asset health.

Qualifications

• Led EAM adoption across a large fleet (hyperscaler, utility, or industrial portfolio).
• Built or rebuilt maintenance program for critical infrastructure.
• Created asset taxonomy and data standards to enable site‑to‑site comparison.
• Wrote PM strategies grounded in equipment criticality.
• Held vendors and colo providers accountable to maintenance scope through evidence and data.
• Turned maintenance data into decisions: backlog trends and recurrence patterns.
• Bonus: hyperscaler/cloud data center experience; CMRP or reliability credentials.

Responsibilities

• Build the fleet-wide maintenance management index as the single source of truth for assets, PMs, frequency and criticality.
• Stand up CMMS and work management backbone to schedule work and measure PM completion, deferrals and backlog.
• Lead EAM adoption across a multi-site fleet as a change program with taxonomy, training and adoption metrics.
• Write maintenance standards (PM strategy, deferral rules, critical spares, vendor scope) for new sites.
• Quarterback maintenance data into operating rhythm with weekly/monthly reviews and asset health insights.
