Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial E&S underwriting experience.
• Proven leadership and direction to a team.
• Strong CAT modeling knowledge incl. OEP/AEP, TvAR, AAL, TCPs.
• Clear ISO form usage understanding.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite E&S risks across primary, shared and excess placements.
• Lead, coach, and mentor underwriters within the team.
• Collaborate with wholesale brokers and regional leadership.
• Support portfolio management and execution of regional objectives.
