The candidate will work in a primarily in-office environment, partnering with broker networks and internal teams to deliver strong results and a culture of inclusion. 7+ years of Commercial Property E&S underwriting is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Property E&S underwriting.
• Ability to underwrite 100%, primary/shared and layered, and excess structures.
• Strong market awareness and decision-making for quotes and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite risks to maintain and profitably grow the E&S Property portfolio.
• Mentor and train junior team members within the Zone.
• Collaborate with wholesale trading partners and cross-divisional teams.
