Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Professional Lines claims.
• In-depth understanding of policy language/coverage.
• Experience evaluating, mediating and negotiating E&O claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate coverage and draft coverage correspondence.
• Undertake claims investigations and manage defense counsel.
• Assess liability and financial exposure; negotiate cost-effective resolutions.
• Monitor and control legal spend and ensure audit-compliant documentation.
