• Performs coverage analysis, investigates liability and damages, and evaluates reserves.
• Leads settlements with cost-effective indemnity outcomes and communicates updates to stakeholders.
• Cultivates relationships with profit centers and maintains professional interactions up to the C-Suite.
• Collaborates with underwriting and claims operations to align objectives.
