Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced professional to lead learning & development initiatives for Claims performance across multiple media. You will drive strategy, oversee e-learning content creation, and manage a skilled team to deliver high-impact programs.

The role focuses on building scalable training, integrating LMS, and leveraging emerging learning methods to improve organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of training and development experience across multiple media formats.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of learning solutions supporting IC, Specialty, and Commercial Claims performance.
• Oversee e-learning courses, assessments, learning websites, multimedia resources, reference materials, and supplemental learning assets.
• Manage a team including applicant review, hiring decisions, performance appraisals, salary adjustments, and employment decisions.
• Develop training programs, initiatives, and processes addressing business needs and improving organizational performance.
• Guide design and development of e-learning content, assessments, reference guides, multimedia assets, and videos.
