Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced E&I Planner in Martinez, CA to lead outage planning and scheduling for heavy industrial projects. You will manage materials, cost control, and detailed work packages, coordinating with crafts, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time execution.

The role requires 10+ years in planning, scheduling and E&I, strong Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 proficiency, and travel up to 25–35%. On-site work during outages and strict safety/QAQC adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor or Master in Construction Science, Building Science or related field highly preferred.
• AACE or PMI certification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant industrial planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned portion of outage scope through planning and execution.
• Organize materials through expediting, quoting prices, and ensuring correct parts are available.
• Create detailed job packages for each work order including tasks, durations, and assigned discipline.
• Provide daily schedule updates during outage execution.
• Ensure safe work practices and QAQC processes on site.
• Travel up to 25–35% as needed and work on-site during outage duration.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
