Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks an experienced outage planning professional to lead planning and execution of heavy industrial projects. You will manage job packages, materials, and schedules, coordinating with crafts, contractors, and suppliers to keep outages on track.

The role requires 10+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control, and estimating for electrical/instrumentation work, with proficiency in SAP, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Education: Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science or related field preferred.
• Certification: AACEI or PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead outage scope planning and execution.
• Organize materials, expedite, quote prices, and ensure parts are available.
• Create detailed job packages for work orders with tasks, durations, and disciplines.
• Develop scope for assigned work orders and identify required support disciplines.
• Provide daily schedule updates during outage execution and produce planning packages.
