Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, professional engineering registration is preferred, and responsibilities include design calculations, vendor review, and field support during startup.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the NEC and code compliance.
• Ability to size conductors and analyze electrical systems.
• Ability to develop installation documents and drawings.
• Experience with instrumentation design and control systems.
• Familiarity with construction bulk materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete electrical and instrumentation designs under supervision.
• Produce design calculations and sketches for materials of construction.
• Check vendor drawings for electrical/instrumentation input.
• Develop construction specifications and submittals.
• Perform fieldwork for data gathering and startup support.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and drafters.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure timely delivery.
