Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Beaumont, TX seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer, PE, to oversee a team and deliver mechanical deliverables on time and within budget at our Beaumont office.

You will supervise design, stress analysis, piping procurement specs, and coordinate with discipline leads to ensure quality, code compliance and timely project completion while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering registration (PE) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver mechanical deliverables on time and within budget.
• Perform stress analysis, piping design, material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Develop conceptual layouts and prepare detailed designs and drawings.
• Review vendor drawings and assist drafting with layout and detailing issues.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads to ensure timely information flow and project coordination.
