Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of relevant industrial construction management or project experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field.
• General Contractors license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to deliver on commitments.
• Adhere to Hargrove project execution procedures and standards.
• Manage safety and coordination of contractors on assigned projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for conformance.
• Coordinate activities to avoid delays and optimize resources.
