Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee delivery of complex industrial projects. You will manage safety, schedule, cost, and quality with minimal supervision and coordinate with design leaders and clients.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years of industrial construction management, a GC license, and strong leadership. The role requires guiding contractors on site and maintaining relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Construction Science or related field from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of relevant industrial construction management experience.
• General Contractors License is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to deliver on commitments.
• Ensure safety first and manage contractor activities.
• Coordinate with design leaders and clients to maintain schedule and quality.
• Review vendor drawings and submittals for conformance.
• Monitor resources and project execution procedures.
