Job summary

Hargrove seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee total delivery of services on industrial projects. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met while coordinating with design leaders and clients.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of industrial construction management experience and a bachelor/master in construction-related fields, with a general contractor license preferred. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science, or related field preferred.
• General Contractors License highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total delivery of services safely, on time, within performance budget and meeting quality expectations on moderately complex projects.
• Lead field construction efforts and manage subcontractors to ensure schedule and quality.
• Coordinate with design leaders and provide support to ensure progress and quality of technical contractual activities.
• Promote client relationships and participate in major technical, cost, scheduling, and performance decisions.
• Review vendor drawings and construction submittals for conformance to drawings and specs.
