Job summary

Hargrove seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects in Decatur, Alabama. You will oversee safety, cost, schedule, and quality while coordinating multi-discipline teams and contractors on site.

Responsibilities include managing scope, design input, vendor drawing reviews, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of industrial construction management experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field preferred.
• General Contractors License is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate safety-focused field/office work across multiple projects.
• Ensure project controls for cost, schedule, and quality meet targets.
• Review vendor drawings and construction submittals for conformance.
• Manage client relationships and communicate design/scope changes.
