Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced Project Manager for Mobile, AL and surrounding areas. You will lead project teams, coordinate field and design efforts, ensure safety, and manage contracts and client relations to deliver complex industrial construction projects.

The ideal candidate has a construction science degree, 10+ years in industrial construction management, and from a strong background in project controls and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with ability to lead a small team.
• Experience applying Hargrove project execution procedures.
• Knowledge of company engineering standards and controls.
• Proficient in complex project management and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate field and design activities across multiple projects.
• Ensure contractor safety and effective resource use.
• Support design leaders and maintain critical information flow.
• Manage client relationships and provide leadership guidance.
• Review vendor drawings and construction submittals for conformance.
