Job summary

Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Legal Practice Technology (LPT) Senior Analyst to support case teams through data management, eDiscovery tools, and advanced litigation technology. You will work with Relativity, Brainspace, and analytics to ensure secure, accurate handling of client data across discovery phases.

The role requires 6+ years in legal technology, expertise with Relativity and Brainspace, programming skills, and the ability to train teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in legal technology or eDiscovery support.
• Experience with Relativity and Brainspace.
• Strong data processing and production skills.
• Programming knowledge: SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Process, convert, and manage ESI per case requirements.
• Create and administer Relativity workspaces and Brainspace environments.
• Conduct quality checks on data processing and productions.
• Generate load files, metadata, native files, and OCR/redaction for productions.
• Troubleshoot data loading and application issues promptly.
• Apply analytics for deduplication, email threading, and modeling.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and teams to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to documentation and training materials.
• Deliver trainings for case teams and leadership briefings.
