Job summary

Kirkland & Ellis seeks a Legal Practice Technology (LPT) Senior Analyst in Boston to manage data, databases, and advanced eDiscovery tools across discovery phases. You will work with LPT Project Managers and leadership to ensure secure, efficient handling of client data and analytics-driven insights.

The role offers hands-on management of Relativity and Brainspace, production support, and opportunities to transition toward data science responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in legal tech or eDiscovery.
• Experience with Relativity, Brainspace, or similar tools.
• Strong data processing, production, and QA capabilities.
• Programming/scripting skills (SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Manage data processing, ES I handling per case requirements.
• Create and administer Relativity workspaces and Brainspace environments.
• Perform quality control on data processing and productions.
• Generate load files and ensure OCR, redaction, and formatting.
• Troubleshoot data loading and application issues for case teams.
• Apply analytics for deduplication, email threading, and modeling.
• Collaborate with PMs and teams to meet deadlines and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to training, documentation and process improvements.
• Deliver training and briefings to leadership as needed.
