Job summary
Ford Motor Company seeks an eCommerce Site Merchandising & Sales Optimization Analyst to enhance non-vehicle product experiences. You will optimize product pages, taxonomy, and search, collaborating with SEO, UX, and analytics teams to drive sales, conversions, and profit.
Remote-friendly role with a preference for onsite work four days a week or relocation to Dearborn, MI. Relocation assistance may be available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in eCommerce site merchandising.
- 1 year of knowledge in PIM, DAM, Master Data Governance/Management.
- 1 year of experience with SEO and SEM.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Product Detail Pages, including tagging, layout, images, reviews.
- Manage taxonomy optimization, navigation and filters; partner with SEO/UX.
- Improve internal and external search terms and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion and profit.
- Collaborate with eCommerce teams to plan go-live experiences.
- Create Jira epics, set up stories, and manage sprints.
- Analyze data to drive site audits and optimization strategies.
- Support promotions, seasonal events, and content alignment.
