Job summary

Trulieve seeks a Retail Planning Manager in Florida to translate sales, inventory, and market data into forward-looking plans that drive revenue growth, GM, and inventory productivity. Reporting to the Director of Retail Planning, this role leads planning cadence and develops strategic insights across Retail Operations.

You will lead the planning team, establish standards, and deliver executive-ready reporting while partnering with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align bottom-up plans

Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressive experience in retail planning or related analytics.
• Two or more years of direct leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large data sets.
• Knowledge of state cannabis compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop store-, market-, and category-level sales, unit, inventory, and KPI plans aligned with targets.
• Own POD plan tracking, identifying gaps and actions across markets and product categories.
• Lead forecasting cadence and executive reporting.
• Drive inventory productivity through demand planning and replenishment analysis.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts and promotions.
• Mentor Retail Planning Analysts and manage prioritization and performance.
