Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to lead data-driven campaigns across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels. The role emphasizes optimization, ROI, and revenue growth for a growing online retailer.

The ideal candidate will manage large budgets, perform in-depth analytics, and collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver compelling ads and landing pages. Hybrid work in Paarl is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years in performance marketing for e-commerce.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets with strong ROI.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads and optimization tools.
• Proficiency with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; affiliate marketing experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns: budget, targeting, bidding, creatives to hit KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaigns daily; analyze data and report insights.
• Collaborate with content/creative teams for ads and landing pages.
• Grow affiliate marketing programs; recruit partners and track performance.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in performance marketing.
• Work with marketing and e-commerce teams for cohesive customer journeys.
• Run A/B tests on creatives and landing pages to improve results.
• Analyze customer data to identify segments for targeted campaigns.
