Placements24 is seeking a senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing efforts from Paarl, Western Cape. You will develop and execute integrated strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to boost brand awareness, leads, and customer acquisition in a competitive SA market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Manager, or similar senior role.
• Demonstrable success in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience within the Western Cape region or a strong understanding of the South African digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Lead the creation of engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
• Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
