Job summary

Kärcher is seeking a strategic leader to define and execute the company’s Amazon and marketplace strategy, driving revenue and optimizing product visibility. You will work with content teams to refine descriptions and leverage keyword research to boost organic rankings.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce, strong data analytics, and leadership experience. You will manage budgets, ROAS, and CRO initiatives, ensuring inventory and compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and other e-commerce platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent data analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AMVisor or Profitero.
• Leadership track record with projects and mentoring direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Kärcher's strategic presence on Amazon and key marketplaces.
• Set ambitious sales goals and drive Month-over-Month revenue growth using data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize product descriptions and leverage keyword research for organic rankings.
• Oversee budgets and monitor ROAS to ensure marketing efficiency and profitable growth.
• Maintain healthy account status by tracking inventory, reviews, and compliance while applying CRO strategies.
