Job summary

ForceBrands is seeking an ambitious e-commerce leader based in Boston or South Florida to own the Amazon 3P P&L and annual plan. You will set growth targets, budgets, and KPIs, leveraging sales, media, and conversion insights to drive profitable expansion across marketplaces and DTC channels.

Lead a scaled Amazon 3P program, collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Agencies, and translate data into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, or related field.
• 7–10 years of e-commerce or marketplace experience with hands-on leadership of a scaled Amazon 3P business.
• Proven P&L ownership with budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, demand planning, inventory, and replenishment.
• Experience managing full-service e-commerce agencies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on, analytical leader who translates data into action in a fast-paced environment.
• DTC, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop or emerging commerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce P&L and annual plan for Amazon 3P.
• Set growth targets, budgets, and KPIs, using sales, media, and conversion insights to drive profitable growth on Amazon.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on demand planning, inventory, and replenishment, including peak-event readiness.
• Monitor availability, sell-through, fees, and profitability while improving reporting and processes.
• Lead the Amazon agency across media, content, promotions, and analytics.
• Optimize product pages, assortment, pricing, and customer retention, partnering with Brand and Go-to-Market teams on launches and execution
• Grow DTC, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, and additional marketplaces
