Job summary

Williams is seeking an experienced E&C Project Manager Senior to lead complex oil and gas projects in Texas. You will drive project plans, manage teams, and coordinate with internal and external partners to meet safety, cost, and schedule objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in the field, with PMP/PE/MS Project Certification preferred. Travel up to 50% is expected in this hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 15 years' experience in oil and gas engineering/project management.
• PMP, PE, and MS Project Certification preferred.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to implement project plans with significant complexity.
• Sets up core project team to achieve objectives.
• Coordinates with technical resources and stakeholders across life cycle stages.
• Develops reports, schedules and costing forecasts.
• Presents recommendations to improve reliability and reduce risks.
• Reviews and approves requests for proposals and contractor selections.
• Analyzes economic impact to drive solutions and profitability.
• Manages moderate to large projects with a focus on safety and performance.
• Leads project teams and contractors to deliver on deadlines.
