Job summary

Williams is seeking a Staff E&C Project Manager in Houston to define execution of complex oil and gas initiatives, focusing on safety, efficiency, and profitability. You will lead multiple large-scale projects, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and engineering best practices.

You will manage power generation scopes, oversee electrical engineering activities, develop schedules and cost forecasts, and drive sound engineering decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 15 years’ oil & gas engineering/project management experience.
• Master’s degree preferred in engineering management, business, or project management.
• PMP, PE and MS Project certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale oil & gas projects with emphasis on safety and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet objectives.
• Develop schedules, reports, and cost forecasts; present recommendations.
