Job summary

Williams is seeking a Staff Project Manager to define execution strategies for large-scale initiatives across the organization. You will lead project teams, coordinate with internal and external partners, and drive projects to meet safety, efficiency, and profitability targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 15+ years of oil & gas PM experience, with PMP/PE/MS Project certifications preferred. Willingness to travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of oil and gas project management experience preferred.
• PMP, PE, and Microsoft Specialist Project Certification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leads large, complex projects with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Sets up core project teams and defines objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Develops reports, forecasts, and presentations to communicate progress and risk.
• Manages contracting activities including RFPs, evaluations, and contractor selection.
• Ensures safety, reliability, and economic profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
