Job summary

Williams is seeking a Staff Project Manager to define how complex oil and gas initiatives are executed across the organization. You will lead multiple large-scale projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and profitability, aligning with corporate objectives and engineering best practices.

You will manage project teams and contractors, develop reports and cost forecasts, and drive decisions that improve life-cycle economics while coordinating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 15+ years in oil & gas engineering/project management.
• Preferred: master's in business, project management or engineering management; PMP, PE, and Microsoft Project certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on large, complex projects with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and costing forecasts.
• Present recommendations and ensure alignment with safety and reliability targets.
• Oversee contractor selection, RFPs, and life-cycle execution.
• Ensure economic performance and on-time delivery across projects.
