Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager for Microsoft Dynamics to lead strategy, development, and support of enterprise Dynamics solutions. The role combines deep engineering expertise with people leadership, managing a team across Tax product platforms including AI-enabled solutions.

Strong architecture, integration, and optimization skills are required. You will drive scalable Dynamics environments, partner with stakeholders, and champion continuous improvements while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent.
10+ years in software engineering delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
5+ years in ERP, HCM, or CRM product experience.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, and automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and hands-on development for Dynamics/ERP integrations.
Provide architectural direction for services, APIs, and applications.
Mentor engineers and manage project teams to deliver business objectives.
Design and develop scorecards and dashboards for evaluating candidate applications.
Oversee project milestones, risks, and budgets; support post-go-live activities.
