Job summary

HRUCKUS seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure Developer for a hybrid role in Washington, DC. You will own CI/CD, ALM, and code quality across STAAND CCWIS, partnering with social workers and private partners to deliver mission-critical systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software development with 6+ years in D365 CE/Dataverse/Power Platform and 4+ years in technical leadership and Azure DevOps. GCC familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive software development experience.
• 6+ years Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse / Power Platform development.
• 4+ years technical lead role over a dev team.
• 4+ years Azure DevOps pipeline ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations across GCC/commercial boundary with retry, idempotency, DLQ, reconciliation.
• Optimize platform performance: execution order, FetchXML tuning, API call batching.
• Implement portal functionality across six external portals with web roles and external user auth flows.
• Develop automated tests: unit, integration, UI regression for D365 solutions.
• Manage Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, Power Platform Build Tools, environment variables, and deployments from Dev to Production.
• Mentor CFSA staff and other contract developers through reviews and knowledge transfer.
