Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC seeks a seasoned Microsoft SaaS Solutions Technical Lead to design, implement, customize, and integrate Microsoft cloud-based business solutions for federal clients with a focus on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

You will lead Agile teams, drive DevSecOps practices, and mentor developers while collaborating with government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, mission-focused solutions. Occasional NCR travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft business apps and cloud-based solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement.
• Experience developing and implementing solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with external applications, services, and enterprise data sources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for design, deployment, customization, integration, and optimization of Microsoft SaaS solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365).
• Lead Agile development teams delivering secure, scalable, mission-focused business solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by mapping requirements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations between Microsoft SaaS platforms and enterprise systems using modern APIs and cloud services.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to developers, administrators, and project team members.
• Lead solution deployment, provisioning, configuration management, and environment strategy across dev/test/staging/production.
